Why Yemen Won't Ban Child Marriage and Rape

Why is it that, Only the Children Know this is Wrong.... If times are so hard,
why have so many kids.... To turn your back on your own flesh & blood is
beyond shameful :(  It's the PARENTS who are Causing Shame... A child
can not be responsible for Adults decisions :(  GROSS!!
