Scholarships for Refugees, Not Whites

WHAT!!!??? Well.... Here we go.... don't stand a chance of getting out from
under this one.... thank goodness the majority of refugee's haven't even gone
to primary school.....better yet, they can't read write or do Math..... there
goes the idea of schooling 1/2 of them..... but still they can sit in the classroom
and Protest on school grounds~~ You qualify !! (>.<
