Facts don't Lie..... even though this is very distressing, we do have to consider
whether or Not we want to integrate this kind of Messed up behavior, into
Civilized Population!! These Teenagers are going to grow up...then what
are we going to do with them  >>>?<<<<   Fill up our Jails???
