"Law Breakers" from the Moment they step into New Countries.... it's always
the Same!  It sure would be nice if the Government would take a Poll of it's
Citizens asking, "would you like to have some Refugees in your neighborhood,
and if so .... how many?? Wouldn't that be the Neighborly thing to do???
